The Contemporary Colonial
We bought this gem right around the corner from Colonial County Club in March of 2022. The house was 1900 square feet, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. After we’re finished, this will be a showpiece that anyone would be proud to call home. It will have 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 3250 square feet. Stay tuned to see this one unfold.. you won’t want to miss it.
The Blue Bungalow
What was a 3 bed/1 bath 900 square foot house, will be a 4 bed 2 bath house after we wrap up construction. We’re aiming to maintain the mid-century vibe and high light the design we’ve come to appreciate! Stay tuned, more updates will be coming soon!
The TCU duplex: We picked up this gem towards the end of August 2021. As TCU Alumni ourselves, we take pride in providing housing that students and locals can appreciate and would be proud to call home! This was a 5 bed/2 bath duplex, and will be a 5 bed/3 bath after all is said and done. This was a full gut with new drywall, water heater, paint, and flooring. In addition, we reconfigured a few walls to create a more open living space. Each unit will create a unique living space, while allowing each person the comforts they deserve.
The OG: This was our first venture into real estate investing. What was meant to be our personal home turned into a rental due to a softer real estate market back in 2019. Oddly enough, this house sat on the market for nearly 6 months before we purchased it. To this day, we can’t figure out why. Built in 1920, this house had better craftsmanship than many of the new homes that are going up. The yard was heavily overgrown, complete with a KOI pond. Underneath it all, it was hiding a perfect oasis, complete with a dog run. We updated the kitchen with new appliances and a fresh coat of paint. Amazing what little touches can do.
